Job Overview As a Seasonal Backcountry Bike Gearhead, you'll be responsible for providing concierge-level service to our riders and customers. This role requires extensive bike and parts knowledge, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. You'll work alongside a motivated team of riders who share your passion for cycling, and have the opportunity to build your product knowledge through training and assisting customers.
