Scrum Master / Project Manager (1–3 Years Experience)

Overview We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with 1–3 years of proven success in leading software development projects. This role involves facilitating Agile practices, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic team environment, supporting the development and implementation of cutting-edge IT infrastructure and cloud computing solutions. Responsibilities • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to promote continuous improvement • Manage project scope, schedule, and resources using project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or VersionOne • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones in accordance with SDLC and IT governance standards • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives • Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint for effective documentation and communication • Monitor project progress and performance metrics; adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards • Lead risk management efforts including disaster recovery planning and release management strategies • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure test cases are comprehensive for TDD (Test-driven development) initiatives • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum • Support program management activities for large-scale initiatives involving multiple projects or teams Skills • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, TFS, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS and knowledge of IT infrastructure components • Familiarity with enterprise software development processes including SDLC, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and release management • Technical understanding of databases such as SQL and Oracle; experience with IT governance standards is a plus • Ability to manage project scheduling, scope control, risk mitigation strategies, and organizational change management • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across diverse groups • Analytical skills for problem-solving; proficiency in Visio for process mapping; knowledge of disaster recovery plans is advantageous • Demonstrated capability in program management activities involving multiple projects; experience with TDD or test case development is desirable This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to contribute to impactful projects within a collaborative environment that values innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
