SAP Integration Consultant (PI/PO, CPI)

This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SAP Integration Consultant (PI/PO, CPI) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SAP Process Integration (PI/PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) solutions that enable seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and secure solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAP PI/PO and CPI integration projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support. • Design, configure, and implement end-to-end integration scenarios between SAP and external applications. • Develop interfaces using SAP PI/PO (Advanced Adapter Engine Extended – AEX, Integration Builder) and SAP CPI. • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and recommend integration strategies. • Perform system analysis, mapping, message monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of integration landscapes. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production and non-production environments. • Create detailed technical documentation, including design, mapping, testing, and support documents. • Stay updated on SAP integration tools, technologies, and best practices. • Mentor junior consultants and assist in knowledge sharing across teams. Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO and/or CPI integration projects. • Strong expertise in SAP middleware architecture, adapters (IDoc, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC), mappings, and monitoring tools. • Experience with SAP Cloud Integration services, APIs, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.). • Understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP products. • Knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, Web Services, and data transformations. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • SAP certification in PI/PO or CPI is a plus.
