The Medical Surgical/Telemetry track is designed to facilitate the acquisition of technical and clinical skills needed for the role of the professional nurse. This program is targeted for those with less than one (1) year of RN experience. The program includes virtual didactic learning with evidence based e-courseware content as well as live workshops and coaching seminars. Nurse Residents in the program will be provided mentoring opportunities with monthly cohort workshops and seminars. The goal of the Nurse Residency Program is to ease the transition of new graduate nurses from their student nurse roles to clinical nursing roles.
