Overview GDC IT Solutions is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join our team. This opportunity is remote, and is based in Columbus, OH. Position Overview As a Salesforce System Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing Salesforce to maximize usability and business value. You will oversee daily administration, manage user access, support integrations, and ensure data quality while collaborating with stakeholders to improve system performance and the overall user experience. Responsibilities • Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce including user setup, object customization, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations. • Create and manage system changes without interrupting end users. • Configure and modify Salesforce to increase usability and business benefits. • Grant, remove, and maintain user licenses. • Communicate with users about new features, enhancements, and changes. • Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and folders. • Import data and monitor/manage exception logs for Salesforce integrations. • Monitor and improve data quality across the system. • Mentor and support users or groups needing assistance. • Develop and document processes, workflows, and field maps. • Continually seek ways to enhance the end-user experience. Minimum Qualifications • 4 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator. • Salesforce Administrator certification (highly desired). • 1 year of experience with Salesforce utilities such as Workbench and Data Loader. • 1 year of experience with OwnBackup data seeding Preferred Experience • 2 years as a Copado Administrator. • 2 years of Copado DevOps operations experience. • 1 year of experience with OwnBackup data backup and recovery. • 1 year of experience with change and configuration management concepts and procedures. • 1 year of experience with Apex code.
