Job Title: Salesforce API Integration Developer Location: Remote Duration: 3 to 5 months Required Skills: • .NET, Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, MuleSoft development • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 4 years' experience in API development and security standards, such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: • Remain knowledgeable of industry trends and best practices in API development and integration. • Proficiency in designing and developing APIs using MuleSoft • Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP protocols • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure and Salesforce • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Highly effective facilitation and project management skill sets. • Prefer knowledge of microservices architecture • Prefer familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Prefer knowledge of Agile software development methodologies • Experience successfully collaborating professionally and diplomatically with diverse stakeholders. • Ability to establish, nurture, and optimize key internal and external partnerships and influence organizational change. Work Description: • Design, develop, and deploy Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using MuleSoft or similar tools. • Implement RESTful and SOAP APIs to enable communication between different systems and applications. • Ensure SPI security by implementing authentication, authorization, and encryption mechanisms. • Optimize API performance and scalability to handle high volumes of requests. • Collaborate with software engineers and architects to integrate APIs into existing systems and applications. • Conduct API testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. • Document APIs, including specifications, usage guidelines, and best practices. • Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.
