Air Charter Service (ACS) is a leading aircraft charter company providing passenger and cargo aircraft charters worldwide. The Sales Support role involves collaborating with a sales team to arrange group charters for elite clients, acting as a liaison between brokers, airlines, clients, and suppliers, while ensuring smooth operations throughout the flight process. Responsibilities Act as the liaison between brokers, airlines, clients and suppliers Preparing flight briefs for clients Ensuring proper handover to brokers, airlines and operations Overseeing flight departures and flight riding on board charters Accurate data entry, logging of flight times Report and maintain information about flight updates and issues Complete flight documents for confirmed charters Updating the customers and brokers on the progress of the flight when necessary Resolving problems when necessary in the pre-flight arrangements, during the flight itself and during any post-flight work that needs to be completed Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving skills Organized, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize Pro-active and self-starter Creative thinker Enjoys working in a collaborative environment Previous experience in a sales support and/or administrative role Previous aviation experience is a plus!
