The Sales Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Group Benefits sales team by preparing quotes, packaging renewals, and collaborating with analysts and account managers. Responsibilities Prepare quotes and presentations via in-house software and Microsoft Office suite tools Package and email annual renewals to advisors on behalf of Account Executives Underwrite and price new groups and amendments Work collaboratively with Group Benefit Analysts and Account Managers to deliver Canada Life products to the market Develop a strong competency of our systems and processes Act as a liaison between our office and advisors to investigate and gather missing information Certain assignments and specialized tasks: such as broker commissions, report creation, and other various administrative duties Skills Post-secondary education Strong critical thinking skills with an analytical approach Strong attention to detail Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe; aptitude for learning new technologies Excellent time management and organization: ability to prioritize multiple tasks and expectations, ability to plan and organize work, meets deadlines Ability to work independently and in a team environment Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
