Sales Development Representative (SDR)

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to handle inbound leads, qualify sales opportunities, and conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers to position the WellnessLiving value proposition. Responsibilities Work closely and collaboratively with Account Executives and the Sales Manager to develop and implement appropriate follow-up strategies Conduct high volume calls (80-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, SMS, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Schedule discovery meetings for an Account Executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with WellnessLiving Qualify warm leads generated from marketing campaigns and conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned Help small and mid-sized studios realize the potential of an all-in-one Club Management System Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive Get hands-on experience! You'll learn how a variety of businesses operate, what challenges they face on a daily basis, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses and employees' lives Skills Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career A track record of high achievement and a confident, competitive nature Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability and desire to work in an innovative, evolving environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
