Sales & Customer Success Specialist (Remote Job)

Compensation: $200 per successful conversion Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time (Full-time, 8 hours/day) Location: United States (Remote) Job Overview: We are looking for a US-based Sales & Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for conducting product demos, following up with clients, closing deals, and assisting in the implementation process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to deliver persuasive and engaging product demonstrations. Product training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct live demos for potential clients, explaining product features and benefits effectively. • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. • Close deals and ensure a seamless handoff to the implementation phase. • Assist clients during onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth experience. • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops. Requirements: • Must be based in the United States. • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). • Experience in customer success, sales demos, or client onboarding. • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple clients. • Familiarity with software products or SaaS platforms (preferred). • Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time (9 AM – 5 PM). Compensation: • $200 per successful conversion (based on closed deals). • Additional incentives and growth opportunities may be offered based on performance.
