Job Description**Remote but only available to candidates residing in North Carolina, Texas, Idaho, Alabama, Delaware, Nevada, and Minnesota**Takes inbound sales calls. Processes orders, answer questions and sells products/services. Identifies salesopportunities by learning about the customer's business and links customer needs to the products/servicesofferedIdentifies sales opportunities by learning about the customer's business and links customer needs to theproducts/services offeredAsks for sales while consistently utilizing a prescribed sales approach to resolve customer stated andunstated needs. This includes customizing offers utilizing a benefit, application and testimonialapproach to build and convey value in products and services while overcoming objections.Efficiently multi-tasks and navigates across multiple PC order systems while communicating with thecustomer. Utilizes established processes and tools to ensure timely communications and accuracy on alltransactions. This includes pricing products, initiating proofs, releasing orders to manufacturing, andfollowing through with the customer.Work Environment - This is a Remote opening and due to working with confidential information with financial institutions, your employment is contingent upon maintaining the following work from home requirements:• A quiet, private workspace where you cannot be disturbed. (Things such as children and/or animals in the background or other non-deluxe business activities are not allowed.)• High speed internet of at least 70mbps or higher and must be directly connected via ethernet cable.• Camera on for all trainings and meetings.Shift:Central Time (CST)Week 1-210:00-5:00Week 3-68:30-5:00Permanent Shift10:30-7:00 two Saturdays out of the month Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesMinimum Qualification: Basic computer skillsPreferred Qualifications:Call Center experience.
