Sales Administrative Assistant

PROTOCALL COMMUNICATIONS is a growing company that values the success of its sales team. The Sales Administrative Assistant will manage closed deals, handle customer inquiries, and ensure efficient processing of sales to contribute to the company's success. Responsibilities Receive and process closed sales Manage sales through multiple systems Verify orders, including customers' personal information and digital recording verification Ensure contract is filled out correctly before submitting to client Communicate any changes and or feedback necessary to help expedite deals Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information Maintain and update sales and customer records Compile monthly/daily sales reports Process Timesheets Expedite orders through internal liaison Listen to digital recordings and provide feedback and or verify the accuracy of a sale Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested Skills High school diploma or GED Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Familiarity with sales process and sales records Detail oriented Strong written and communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar experience preferred Experience with CMR software or similar is a plus Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Company Overview Protocall Communications Inc. is a sales and marketing company based out of Hanover, MD.
