Job Description Therapy Flow is seeking an engaging and organized SaaS Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our SaaS products by managing and re-engaging leads through follow-ups and demo rebookings. The successful candidate will excel in maintaining client relationships and showcasing the benefits of our solutions. Responsibilities • Conduct compelling product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions, tailoring the experience to meet client needs. • Rebook missed demos and handle follow-up discussions to keep potential clients engaged. • Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. • Collaborate with the CRM team and marketing department to align strategies and enhance the sales process. • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead engagement to securing demos and follow-ups. • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales activities. • Provide detailed feedback from client interactions to help improve marketing and sales strategies. • If knowledgeable in GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms, leverage this expertise to enhance demo presentations and client interactions. What You'll Need to Succeed • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in managing client relationships and conducting product demos for CRMs (Particularly GoHighlevel and Therapy Flow's IP addons) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Deep understanding of sales performance metrics. • Experience with CRM software • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms is a significant bonus.
