Research Coordinator

SleepScore Labs is a sleep improvement company that partners with industry leaders to enhance sleep science. They are seeking a Research Coordinator to assist with designing studies, recruiting participants, managing data, and summarizing findings. This role requires proactive engagement in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist with design of online surveys and preparation of research materials Develop and implement creative approaches to recruit research participants Correspond with research participants by email and phone Manage self-report survey data files Conduct descriptive and basic inferential statistical analyses Translate data into simple textual and visual representations Help summarize research findings into presentations and reports Coordinate and assist with finding and reviewing sleep improvement products Skills At least one year of research experience required Bachelor's degree in relevant area of study A background in sleep science, health science, or social science required Strong organizational & follow-up skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong email/written communication Proactive and willing to take initiative Excels both independently and in a team environment Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Self-motivated, persistent, and tenacious Comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a hands on work environment Participant recruitment experience preferred Industry experience preferred Experience with online survey platforms, such as Qualtrics Experience with/willing to learn Cordial (participant mass email communication platform) Benefits Competitive rewards and compensation Health and wellness benefits programs Company Overview Sleep.ai is the world’s most advanced sleep intelligence platform, uniting science, product, and partner delivery into one scalable system.
