Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sourcing Screen is seeking a Visual Designer to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions for AI training. The role requires expertise in visual design, focusing on graphic design or UI work, to ensure prompts reflect real-world design processes. Responsibilities • Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI. • Ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design processes. • Help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across graphic design and UI work. Skills • Have over 1+ years of experience in graphic or UI design • Are currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia • Have a strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets) with unique aesthetics • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills • Have strong attention to detail • Have exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting Education Requirements • Have a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field Company Overview • SourcingScreen is a next-generation Recruitment & Hiring platform powered by AI, designed to revolutionize the way companies and recruitment agencies connect.
