Job title: Remote Sustainability Project Manager Company: Insight Global Job description: An employer is looking for a remote Project Manager to join their sustainability team. The PM will be tasked with leading projects using agile principles and will be tasked with planning, facilitating, and running scrum routines (daily scrum, planning, sprints, and retrospective meetings). This candidate will need to track the teams metrics (team velocity, backlog status) and remove impediments while aligning the teams understanding of the projects goals and scope. This role will require regular presentations to C-Suite level executives on the status and progress of projects and so strong communication skills and organization are required. PMP license Scrum Master certification Experience implementing software in energy / sustainability space Proven experience managing multiple, complex software product development and implementation projects Knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks Scrum, Kanban Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration and workflow management systems Exceptional presentation abilities advanced PowerPoint skills preferred Expected salary: Location: Louisville, KY Apply for the job now!
