[Remote] Sr Growth Manager/Media Buyer, Paid Social

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 24 Seven Talent is seeking a true growth operator for a remote role, ideally based in NYC or CA. The successful candidate will own performance on Meta ads, manage significant budgets, and lead strategic initiatives to evolve the company's growth engine. Responsibilities • Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale ($1M+/month) • Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting • Ad account structure, audience segmentation, and landing page (or full funnel) testing • Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta + supporting paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit) • MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis: NC ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, MER • Feedback loops with creative, CRO, and product teams to align spend with performance • Testing & scaling new paid social platforms (from early-stage test ? core channel) • Weekly performance reporting across channels, offers, creative, and cohorts • Strategic testing roadmap across audience, creative, funnel, and offer types Skills • Managed $1M+/month on Meta, profitably • Scaled acquisition engines before • Hands-on experience, not just overseeing an agency • Understanding of performance creative, audience structure, and attribution • Ability to spot gaps, diagnose them, and fix them quickly • Experience with Meta strategy, execution, and performance at scale • Creative testing strategy: concept development, briefs, performance reporting • Ad account structure, audience segmentation, and landing page testing • Day-to-day budget and pacing adjustments across Meta and supporting paid social platforms • MTA/MMM-driven performance analysis: NC ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, MER • Feedback loops with creative, CRO, and product teams • Testing & scaling new paid social platforms • Weekly performance reporting across channels, offers, creative, and cohorts • Strategic testing roadmap across audience, creative, funnel, and offer types • Obsession with data: reliance on MTA/MMMs, Looker, GA • Ability to triangulate performance across attribution models and lookback windows • Knowledge of PEAR: Plan, Execute, Analyze, React • Thoughtful and methodical approach to systems • Initiative and ownership of outcomes • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed • Clear and transparent communication • Understanding of being 'always on' and excitement for it • Ability to accept feedback and improve Company Overview • 24 Seven partners with companies to get marketing, creative, and digital work done by providing the right talent, innovation, and insights.
