This role involves handling a high volume of calls and guiding clients through the business credit-building program in a remote, supportive environment. Responsibilities Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy Guide clients through our business credit-building program Use platforms like HubSpot and GHL to manage communication and tasks Support clients via email and follow-up as needed Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery Skills Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) Native speaker or multilingual required Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone Customer-first mindset — you genuinely care about helping others Tech-savvy — comfortable using multiple tools and systems Detail-oriented & organized — can multitask and prioritize under pressure Willing to learn & grow — this is a long-term opportunity Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace Must be able to work full-time on US Eastern Time hours Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus Company Overview Credit Suite is a business credit builder company, credit card stacking company, and small business loan company.
