BruntWork is a growing company in the healthcare marketing sector, seeking a Spanish Bilingual Social Media & Paid Ads Specialist to lead their social media strategy and paid advertising campaigns. The role involves developing engaging bilingual content, managing multi-platform campaigns, and building connections with diverse communities while providing significant growth potential. Responsibilities • Create and edit compelling social media content including posts and videos (minimum 3-4 videos per week) • Manage daily posting and engagement across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta) • Develop and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other platforms • Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries and comments in both English and Spanish • Analyze competitor activities and provide strategic recommendations for growth • Create culturally relevant content for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences • Generate regular performance reports on social media growth and advertising campaign effectiveness • Support basic administrative tasks including email management and calendar organization • Develop email marketing campaigns and support blog content creation (preferred skills) Skills • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management and paid advertising • Native or fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms • Strong video editing skills for creating engaging social media content • Experience with content creation strategies, audience segmentation, and community management • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse cultural audiences • Basic administrative and organizational capabilities • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication • HIPAA certification preferred for potential email marketing initiatives • Develop email marketing campaigns and support blog content creation Benefits • With HMO Coverage for eligible locations • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Steady freelance job Company Overview • BruntWork builds cost-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.
