Tap Growth ai is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead project initiatives and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives. The role involves managing complex projects, supervising a team, and fostering stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities • Lead development and execution of technical assistance programs, PONs, and RFPs. • Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets across multiple initiatives. • Supervise and mentor team members, fostering professional growth. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants. • Oversee and resolve issues related to assigned projects and program support agreements. • Recommend improvements to NYSERDA's strategies, business processes, and program operations. • Support program performance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications. • Drive collaboration and innovation across the Technical Services Team. Skills • 10+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial, industrial, institutional, or multifamily energy markets. • Proven experience with energy efficiency program development and implementation. • Strong leadership and people management background. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, visualization). • Proficient with NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Tableau. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, Business, or related field. • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. • Experience supporting public-sector or utility-funded clean energy programs. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and mission-driven professional.
