As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect, qualify, and book meetings for leading B2B clients while receiving world-class training and a clear path to advancement in tech sales. Responsibilities Research and identify potential customers Prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and uncover business needs Schedule demos or meetings for our clients’ sales teams Support pipeline growth and revenue generation Skills Applicants must be located in Florida - W2 ROLE No sales experience required You'll receive hands-on training covering: Proven outbound sales processes, Modern sales tools and technology, Objection handling and qualification frameworks, Ongoing coaching and performance feedback 100% remote (Florida-based candidates only) Full-time position Standard business hours with structured daily call blocks and clear performance expectations High-energy, supportive, performance-driven culture This role is best suited for people who are competitive, coachable, and comfortable picking up the phone!
