Remote Property Manager
Key Responsibilities Engage and follow up with landlords who express interest in our AI-driven system. Assist with onboarding landlords into the property management platform. Educate landlords on features like self-service tools, national marketing, and rent guarantees. Use platforms such as HotPads.com plus our internal network to connect renters with landlords. Build and manage a pipeline of landlord-investors within your assigned region. Collaborate daily with the Leasing Communications Team to coordinate and close deals. Initiate landlord outreach via messenger, directing them to our AI knowledge base. Respond to cases escalated by the AI when human support is needed.
