Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and meeting notes Facilitate project ceremonies including kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones; proactively implement mitigation strategies Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership Skills Professionals without a formal Project Manager title but with experience in coordination, business analysis, operations, QA, or IT support New graduates, career transitioners, or returning professionals looking to establish a Project Management career Individuals interested in working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models Strong communicators capable of managing stakeholders, timelines, scope, and risks Candidates with exposure to IT, software development, ERP, CRM, data, cloud, or infrastructure projects Company Overview At Campus4Tech, we specialize in providing transformative training programs tailored for individuals seeking to enhance their skills, regardless of previous career paths or employment gaps.
