[Remote] Program Advisor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Teachers of Tomorrow is the leading national alternative certification program provider based in Houston, Texas. They are seeking a Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through their alternative teaching certification program, providing mentorship and support to help them succeed. Responsibilities Gain expertise about the certification/licensure programs, state requirements, and company policies and procedures Use this knowledge to engage with candidates to help them strategize and problem solve to move along within the program to complete their certification Engage and recognize incoming calls as priority tasks Manage volume of emails, inbound and outbound calls Will possibly assist state operations team with sales representation of the program in-person at job fair, marketing events and school district events Assist state operations team with building relationships with local districts Perform any other duties (administrative, clerical, events) as directed by the Manager, Customer Success Multiple States Act in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core values Perform other duties as needed Skills Bachelor's degree from a leading university with academic excellence or commensurate experience in an educational or professional administrative capacity 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience Strong sales, relationship building, and leadership skills Superior customer service, attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision plans Employer paid STD and Basic Life/AD&D Voluntary buy up LTD, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Accident, and additional wellness options 401k Plan with Company Safe Harbor Matching Flexible PTO Plan 12 paid holidays annually Personal and Professional Development Company Overview Teachers of Tomorrow is a provider of largest national alternative certification.
