Remote Medical Biller

Medical Biller Responsibilities : • Perform insurance verification and manage documentation. • Handle referrals efficiently and accurately. • Handle medical billing • Work with Athena EMR system for patient management. • Communicate effectively with a diverse patient base, including Spanish-speaking individuals. Essential Skills : • Proficiency in Athena EMR system. • Bilingual in Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities. • Experience with lab instrumentation and sterilization techniques. • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications : • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Experience with Nextgen EMR system is a plus. Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
