As a seasoned traveler with excellent communication skills, you will provide top-notch support to our Director of Logistics and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. If you have a passion for travel, experience working with teenagers and parents, and at least one year of logistics or office experience, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Coordinate transportation details, including airfare ticketing, to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients Communicate effectively with parents via phone and email to discuss necessary paperwork and provide expert advice on travel arrangements Offer prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients, responding to their questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy Provide exceptional customer service through written and spoken communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients Qualifications: 1-3 years of office and/or logistics experience, with a focus on attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in at least one other language Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and work well in a team environment Intimate knowledge of locations and cultures where we travel, with a passion for working with teens and experience in the field College degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on education and personal development Submit Your Application: Don't miss this opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact in the lives of our clients.
