As a Learner Services Advisor, you will guide and support students throughout their educational journey, focusing on their unique needs and challenges in the allied health industry. Responsibilities Provide academic guidance to learners, assisting them with course navigation, academic policies, and course expectations Regularly engage with learners as a primary point of contact to address their non-academic inquiries and concerns, via voice, text, and video Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement retention initiatives Identify at-risk learners and provide guidance to enhance their chances of short- and long-term academic success Contribute to achieving individual, team, and departmental retention goals Participate in and contribute to team collaboration and communication Engage with team members on camera and in digital workspaces and virtual events Perform other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or equivalent experience Skills – relationship building, ability to learn basic technical computer skills, time management, personal accountability, and drive Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role Any degree or equivalent experience and/or strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience 1+ years' experience in customer service, contact center or hospitality role Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams Other skills and abilities – critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, interpersonal skills, and multi-tasking Company Overview Career-focused allied health school built on care.
