The candidate will provide technical assistance for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of MES applications for clients. Responsibilities • Provide technical support for MES applications, addressing customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system errors • Work with end-users and internal teams to understand and resolve technical problems related to the MES platform • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams, ensuring timely resolution of critical problems • Provide training and documentation to end-users and internal teams to enhance their understanding of MES functionality • Assist with MES upgrades, patching, and system configuration changes • Maintain detailed logs of support activities, issues encountered, and solutions provided Skills • Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues • Knowledge of SQL language for database management • Knowledge of the main relational and non-relational databases • Previous experience in software development (C# knowledge is a plus) or technical support activities • Theoretical knowledge of the main MES platforms (OpCenter, OperaMES or similar systems) • Interest in manufacturing or industrial automation environments Company Overview • aizoOn is a global technology consulting company focused on innovation working in Europe, USA and Australia.
