Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources Maintain resiliency- you'll hear "No" a lot more than you hear "Yes" Develops insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales Develop and cultivate ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, etc Earn, and then ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program Maintain knowledge of new products Be outstanding at relationship building Skills Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Use that positive attitude to push you.
