They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative focused on Websites to help Pros enhance their online presence, drive lead generation, and foster trust through consultative selling. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle for the Website product and educating clients on its importance. Responsibilities Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style rooted in understanding the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals Handle a full sales cycle for the Website product from booking to close, and engagement Educate Pros on how a strong website drives lead generation, credibility, SEO visibility, and conversion Partner cross-functionally to drive new website attachments, increased adoption, and measurable value for managed accounts Convey empathy for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections to you as an individual and to our brand as a whole that are deeper than typical transactional sales Understand and adapt to our ongoing product and technology developments Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos Skills 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Proven success working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally CRM experience strongly preferred Excellent written/verbal communication skills Strong problem solving skills Motivation, drive, and a self-starting attitude Ability to translate customer goals into a successful Website product sale Goal and results-driven Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off Monthly tech reimbursements Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability) Employee assistance program 401(K) Flexible time off Paid parental leave Tech reimbursement Other company benefits Company Overview Housecall Pro is a developer of a mobile software platform used to connect back-end business operations and homeowners.
