Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EducoHire is a startup Edtech company seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to expand its business in the education sector. The role involves business development, sales, and relationship management with higher education institutions, driving the complete sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and engage higher education institutions (universities, colleges, autonomous institutes). • Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management). • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients. • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation → product demo → negotiation → closure. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Relationship & Account Management • Market Intelligence & Strategy • Product Demonstration & Presentations • Documentation & Compliance Skills • Bachelor’s degree required • 2–7 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts • MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred • Experience in EdTech or Higher Education preferred Benefits • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Travel allowances (if applicable) • Additional bonuses for strategic closures and high-value partnerships Company Overview • EducoHire: Transforming Teams through Strategic Recruitment Welcome to EducoHire, where we're not just a recruitment agency – we're your strategic partner in building exceptional teams.
