They are seeking a Business Development Coordinator who will be responsible for outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline management while working closely with leadership to drive growth. Responsibilities • Own your outreach: use LinkedIn, webinars, and events to connect with potential clients and partners • Lead discovery calls and help us qualify leads • Scout opportunities for our leadership team to shine • Develop presentations and pitch materials • Help us build and track our pipeline (CRM) • Bring your ideas – we’re open to new approaches and want you to shape how we grow Skills • Strong communicator and networker • Experience with LinkedIn and professional outreach • Comfortable leading intro calls and summarizing key insights • Organized, self-driven, and eager to make an impact • Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Loom) • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems • Familiarity with RFPs, grants, and business development processes is a plus • Bonus: Consulting/startup experience, content writing, or social media skills Benefits • Commission-based pay on closed sales • Flexible, remote work • Opportunity to transition to full-time salary + bonus role after successful trial Company Overview • At DMG Consulting, we specialize in managing the intricacies of proposal writing, leveraging subject matter experts, and streamlining processes to craft compelling proposals.
