They are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with payment processing and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities Submit request forms for borrowers, including name changes and status updates Document account findings and maintain detailed records of account updates Verify and validate payment details while monitoring transactions for discrepancies Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries Assist with the preparation of reports on payment processing activities and perform general office duties Skills High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of experience in general administrative work supporting accounting departments Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Must maintain excellent customer service standards Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience in a healthcare administration or related field Familiarity with payment processing systems or financial software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexibility to work from home with company-provided equipment Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
