What You’ll Do Enter, update, and verify data across internal systems, databases, and spreadsheet tools. Maintain accuracy and completeness in records—catch discrepancies before they become issues. Assist with administrative tasks like email handling, document formatting, digital filing, and capturing meeting notes. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up action items. Support creation of simple reports and summaries to aid project tracking. Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance data workflows. Safeguard data privacy and perform routine quality checks. What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (relevant coursework is a plus). Minimum of 6 months’ experience in data entry, admin support, or office assistance. Accurate typing—ideally 40+ words per minute. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms. Exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication, particularly in virtual settings. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay organized. Preferred Extras (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with databases or CRMs like Airtable, Smartsheet, or Salesforce. Basic graphic design or presentation skills—making data easy to read and understand. Bilingual fluency (e.g., English/Spanish) is a valuable bonus.
