Job Description:Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated and attentive Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with our customers, offering assistance, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and chat inquiries daily. Our Customer... Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, and should demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent service and support.Job Type:This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities:1. Document all customer interactions in the CRM.5. Follow-up on customer issues and ensure resolution.6. Participate in training and development programs.7.
