Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated California-based Complex Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: - Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of California - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial/Business Litigation - Drafting (contract revisions; pleadings; motions/responses; discovery; anything else during the lifecycle of a case) - Research projects (high-level) - All general back-end production - Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines - Self-starter and able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $85/hour.
