Remote call center sales representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines • Engage in business development activities through warm calling and targeted marketing efforts • Promote technology solutions and services, emphasizing their benefits to prospective clients • Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, demonstrating strong sales techniques in B2B environments • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize outreach effectiveness • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions to ensure high-quality service delivery • Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive communication and relationship building Experience • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service roles, preferably within technology or CRM software industries • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales or technical sales • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, or marketing campaigns is preferred • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment • Prior experience with business development activities and customer relationship management is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise in a supportive environment that values communication skills, technical knowledge, and proactive engagement.
