[Remote] Business Development Analyst - Inside Sales Specialist

The Inside Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle from initial engagement through order fulfillment. Responsibilities Order Tracking & Management: Manage the full post-sales process including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and payment collection Quote & Order Processing: Prepare quotes, manage order entry in ERP (Netsuite), and ensure timely processing of transactions. Handle managed sales orders and Master Sales Orders ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Netsuite Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP (Netsuite) to support reliable reporting and forecasting Partner Inventory Tracking: Monitor partner stock levels, highlighting risks and opportunities Sales Enablement: Collaborate with account managers to support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by preparing data insights and presentations using Power BI Quote & Sales Order Generation: Prepare accurate quotes and convert closed deals into sales orders within our ERP (Netsuite) Customer Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers regarding order status, tracking information, and issue resolution Skills Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 3+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of B2B sales or business development work experience Bilingual in English and Spanish While the position is posted remotely in Florida, there is a strong preference for the candidate to be based in Miami Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or customer service in a B2B environment Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Power BI Strong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong sales rigor and operational discipline Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, and partners Proactive, self-starter with problem-solving skills Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and customer satisfaction Benefits Competitive annual discretionary bonus program Opportunity for annual RSU grants Highly competitive benefits package Company Overview Qualcomm designs wireless technologies and semiconductors that power connectivity, communication, and smart devices.
