Job Summary Bell Canada is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Remote Business Analyst specializing in E-commerce and Digital Projects. The successful candidate will work remotely, collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive the companys e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives. As a key player in the business analysis process, you will analyze, define, and deliver digital solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the overall strategic goals of Bell Canada. You will be responsible for understanding complex business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital projects. Key Responsibilities • * Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business needs, document requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals. • * Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for optimizing digital and e-commerce strategies. • * Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project scope, goals, and requirements. • * Project Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation including business requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases. • * Testing & Quality Assurance: Support the testing process by ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are fully aligned with project goals. • * Reporting & Data Analysis: Analyze project performance, provide reports, and identify areas for improvement. • * Digital Transformation: Contribute to the development and execution of digital transformation strategies and e-commerce initiatives. • * Collaboration with IT & Development Teams: Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and customer expectations. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • * Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation projects. • * Proven experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and delivering business solutions. • * Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital technologies, and business process optimization. • * Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite. • * Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies is a strong advantage. • * Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges. • * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. • Experience • * 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, digital, and IT projects. • * Hands-on experience with business process mapping, requirement gathering, and project management. • * Proven track record of working on digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives. • Working Hours • * Full-time, Remote position. • * Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required based on project timelines and team needs. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • * Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, e-commerce platforms, and the latest industry trends. • * Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges. • * Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. • * Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving digital environment. • * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of business analysis. • * Customer-Focused: Strong understanding of customer needs and how digital solutions can improve user experiences. • Benefits • * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. • * Health and dental insurance. • * Employee wellness programs and work-life balance initiatives. • * Retirement savings plan with company matching. • * Paid time off, including vacation days and personal days. • * Professional development opportunities, including training, workshops, and certifications. • * Access to cutting-edge tools and technologies to support your work. • * Collaborative, supportive, and innovative work culture. • Why Join Bell Canada?
