[Remote] Associate Product Analyst - ePrescribing Platform

They are seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to support their ePrescribing team, focusing on the operational aspects of product development to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality standards. Responsibilities Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements based on product manager guidance Maintain and organize the product backlog, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and prioritized Create and update product documentation including feature specifications, user guides, and process documentation Collaborate with UX team to ensure requirements align with design specifications Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with engineering teams to refine user stories and estimate effort Break down large features into manageable development tasks and ensure proper story sizing Coordinate sprint planning activities and ensure development teams have clear, actionable requirements Track and report on sprint progress, identifying blockers and ensuring timely resolution Triage incoming bug reports and feature requests, categorizing by severity and impact Work with QA team to reproduce issues and document detailed bug reports Prioritize bug fixes based on customer impact and business priorities Maintain issue tracking systems and ensure proper workflow management Coordinate release planning activities across development, QA, and operations teams Manage release documentation including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures Track feature delivery against release timelines and communicate status to stakeholders Support post-release activities including monitoring and issue resolution Serve as liaison between product team and customer support, providing technical guidance on product features Analyze support tickets to identify product improvement opportunities and recurring issues Create and maintain support documentation and troubleshooting guides Escalate critical customer issues to appropriate development teams Generate regular reports on product metrics, release progress, and team performance Analyze user feedback and support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders Support A/B testing and feature validation activities Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar role Experience with ePrescribing systems, electronic health records, healthcare technology, or pharmacy systems Familiarity with NCPDP SCRIPT Standard, and claims adjudication processes highly desired Previous experience with agile development methodologies and tools Proficiency with project management tools (Jira etc...) Experience with documentation tools (Confluence etc...) Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing processes Understanding of pharmacy claims processing and adjudication workflows Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze complex requirements and break them into actionable tasks Experience with data analysis and creating meaningful reports Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify root causes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to diverse audiences Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Process-oriented with focus on execution and delivery Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environment Customer-focused with understanding of user needs Detail-oriented with commitment to quality Familiarity with AWS ecosystem and cloud-based development workflows Knowledge of healthcare ePrescribing and interoperability standards (NCPDP SCRIPT, HL7, FHIR) Benefits Eligible for a Discretionary Performance-based bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K eligible after 3 months of employment, with 50% company match up to first 5% of salary contributed to the plan with a 3-year vesting schedule HSA for eligible employees enrolled in the HDHP, with a generous company contribution up to $500 for individual coverage and $1000 for family coverage per year 100% company paid short and long-term disability, AD&D, and group life insurance Accrued annual paid time off (PTO) of 18 days for the first 3 years of service, increasing thereafter and 7 paid holiday days Employee Assistance Program Continuing Education funds up to $1500 annually for eligible programs after 1 year of service Voluntary benefits including FSA, Hospital indemnity, Accident and Critical Illness insurances Company Overview DrFirst has been transforming medication management for 25 years, helping providers and patients navigate a complex and often fragmented healthcare system.
