In this role, you will significantly impact the development of innovative asset solutions that enhance business practices across various sectors including insurance, health, and utilities. You will engage directly with clients and stakeholders to create tailored solutions that drive technological advancement. Your contributions will be crucial in shaping the strategic direction of the organization while fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity and growth. As a key member of the management team, you will lead efforts in solution design, presales support, and client interactions. Accountabilities • Define solution architectures using the Global Assets portfolio, ensuring scalability, security, and integration with client systems. • Support business development with tailored solution designs, architecture documentation, and proof of concepts. • Lead technical workshops and product demos, showcasing how solutions meet business challenges. • Own the technical dimension of proposals, including solution design, effort estimation, and architecture documentation. • Collaborate with industry leads, client executives, and product teams to ensure solution alignment and feasibility. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose new approaches to enhance value propositions. • Travel as needed based on customer and business requirements. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a minimum of 2 years in software product presales and solution architecture. • Proven ability to design complex enterprise-grade solutions and integrate multiple technologies. • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders. • Understanding of emerging technologies and their role in business transformation. • Experience in North America’s technology market and familiarity with leading software vendors is highly valued.
