The role involves processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with financial close processes and audits. Responsibilities • Process high volume of invoices while ensuring accurate coding of multiple entities • Responsible for timely payments • Vendor management; follow up on inquiries, discrepancies, vendor statement reconciliation • Provide back-up support for Accounts Receivable as required • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes • Assist with external audits as required Skills • At least 1 year of accounts payable experience • Understanding of basic accounting principles • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel Company Overview • At LHH, we believe work should be meaningful, fulfilling, and connected.
