They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to work with wealth and retirement organizations, introducing and evangelizing their Fi360 software solutions to the marketplace. Responsibilities Sales pipeline management Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email and social media Devise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to help fuel growth and build the sales pipeline Track and report all prospecting and sales activities in a CRM Contact new prospects and existing clients to discuss their needs, and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services Answer clients' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms Emphasize product features based on analyses of clients' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements Identify prospective clients by using business directories, LinkedIn, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information Work with sales management team to ensure process is efficient Work to exceed annual sales quotas and key performance indicators as assigned Attend industry conferences as assigned Perform additional duties as assigned Skills Sales background, with a passion for technology solution-based selling Go-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful Ability to deliver high call volumes in the pursuit of pipeline development goals Entrepreneurial initiative that is motivated by building new customers and expanding upon existing relationships Ability to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers Strong communication and relationship-building skills Functional/technical skills Office 365 Experience with digital tools Process management experience including CRM Work independently as well as in a team environment Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Bonus Eligible.
