They are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive new business by identifying and qualifying potential clients while contributing to the company's growth in the private lending industry. Responsibilities Utilize various channels such as in person real estate events, cold calling, networking groups, SMS outreach, and email outreach to identify and qualify potential candidates Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and maintain ongoing communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our lending products, processes, and criteria Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of our programs Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while interacting with borrowers Manage and prioritize a high volume of leads & deals by efficiently using our CRM Track interactions, document progress, and update lead statuses to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting Gather application information from prospects to move forward with the sales process Work closely with an Account Executive to coordinate outreach efforts and share insights for deal negotiation Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency throughout the full sales cycle Skills Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred At least 1-2 years of cold calling experience 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing and working with CRM platforms Proven track record of success in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving results Knowledge of real estate markets and property management is a plus Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in real estate or lending, is a plus Preferred Location: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Diego, Raleigh Company Overview Loan Mountain Capital offers asset-based lending and short-term financing for real estate in North Carolina.
