Responsibilities: • Review hospice medical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Apply knowledge of Medi-Cal and utilization management (UM) procedures to ensure proper review and reporting. • Perform detailed audits and identify areas of improvement or corrective action. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain documentation standards. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes.
