Location: Yelm, WA Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Start Date: ASAP End Date: June 10, 2026 Pay Rate: $34-$35+ an hour Schedule: 7.5-hour workday (7 hours paid + 30-minute unpaid lunch), Monday–Friday Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a self-contained middle school classroom in Yelm, WA. This is a full-time, onsite position serving approximately 15 students, working in collaboration with other paraprofessionals and classroom staff. While the exact support structure is still being finalized, this role will likely focus on general classroom support, rather than 1:1, assisting students with diverse needs in a structured educational environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide behavioral support to students under the supervision of classroom teachers and/or behavior specialists. • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). • Support a classroom of ~15 students with varying needs, likely in a general support capacity. • Collaborate effectively with other paras and staff to maintain a positive and structured environment. • Collect data and observations as needed for student progress tracking.
