Recruiting & Program Coordinator

Financial Technology Partners is seeking a Recruiting & Program Coordinator for their New York office. The role involves managing the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and coordinating training and development programs for junior talent. Responsibilities Ensure efficiency through the recruiting process Screen applications Schedule interviews Collect interviewer feedback Coordinate internal debrief sessions Prepare offer packages Update and maintain recruiting calendars, files, templates, materials and metrics Schedule and maintain training calendars Set up the training room Conduct surveys and analyze results Liaise with events and other internal teams to support junior talent development Skills Previous coordination experience, previous recruiting experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse) is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and detail-orientated Works independently, proactively identifies next steps or areas of improvement Sense of urgency and responsiveness Communicates professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure Bachelor's degree required Motivated to learn and matriculate within the Talent Acquisition industry U.S. work authorization required.
