Job Description Bynder is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and self-motivated recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles while providing an excellent candidate experience. This role is temporary for a minimum of 6 months with an opportunity to extend depending on company needs. This position is based in the United States and open to remote work. We will consider candidates interested part-time or full-time. RESPONSIBILITIES • Driving the process from sourcing to offer stage • All aspects of the recruiting process (sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for requisitions within Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, etc • Creating a best in class candidate experience • Working closely with managers and c-level hiring managers to assemble effective recruiting and sourcing strategies • Adapting to changes in hiring goals and priorities • Understanding each candidate’s specific needs, verifying their background and experience Qualifications Qualifications • 3-5+ years recruiting experience • Expertise in conducting initial phone screens and relaying feedback to hiring managers • Experience recruiting for tech and non-tech positions • Ability to work a mutually-benefiting negotiation for both the candidate and Bynder • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other recruiting tools BONUS SKILLS: • Experience recruiting for a SaaS, and/or marketing technology company • SmartRecruiter experience • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.
