As a Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving quality management systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards • Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues • Provide training and support on quality management processes • Assist in the development of corrective action plans • Monitor industry regulations and ensure compliance • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance roles • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality improvement • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Apply tot his job
