Job title: Property Manager (Redmond) Company: Income Property Management Co Job description: We are seeking to hire a Property Manager for the apartment communities of Rimrock and Osidian Apartments in Redmond, OR. These two properties have a total of 59 units. The ideal Property Manager is thorough, experienced in apartment management, strong leasing skills, and enjoys building a positive, productive environment for residents and co-workers. In this position, you will have a separate office onsite to work from. Workdays: Flexible at 29 hours a week Pay: $18.00 to $23.00 an hour (DOE) Additional Compensation: $50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement Responsibilities for the Property Manager • Office management • Supervision of maintenance staff • Resident relations • Coordinating with vendors and case managers • Maintaining resident rental records. • As property manager you would be the first point of contact for most residents, caseworkers, visitors and others. • Available for scheduled on-call hours. Requirements for the Property Manager • Two (2) years of Property Manager experience is required. • Knowledge of Oregon Landlord Tenant Laws is required. • Knowledge of Fair Housing is required. • A current valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between properties is required. • Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is preferred. • Exceptional time management skills. • Strong communication and written skills.
